Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 28 October 2026
1. Who we are
Wander Together is an independent travel inspiration and information website for families — easy hikes, theme parks, family hotels, spas and dining. By using the site you accept these terms.
2. We are not a travel agent
We publish guides, sample itineraries and recommendations. We do not sell, organise or operate holidays, stays, kids’ clubs, tours, rides or treatments. Any booking you make is a contract between you and the provider or booking partner, under their terms, prices and cancellation rules.
3. Affiliate disclosure
Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you book through them we may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you. Commissions never decide what we recommend.
4. Accuracy, prices and availability
We work hard to keep information accurate, but prices, opening times, age rules and availability change. Sample itineraries are ideas, not packages. Always confirm details with the provider before you travel.
5. Children, safety and supervision
Hikes, theme park rides, pools and spa facilities have their own age, height, fitness and supervision rules. Age and height notes on this site are a general guide only. Parents and carers remain responsible for supervising children, checking each provider’s rules and judging what is suitable for their family. Our content is general information, not medical or safety advice. Activities are taken part in at your own risk.
6. Use of the site and content
All text, design and branding belong to us or our licensors. You may share links and quote short extracts with credit; you may not copy, scrape or republish our content without written permission. Photos may belong to third parties and are used under licence.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the site, third-party services or linked websites. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Consumers keep any mandatory protections of their country of residence.
